WORK ALLOCATION ORDER

In supersession of all earlier Orders on the subject matter, following duties and responsibilities are allotted among the Officers/Officials of the Corporation with immediate effect.

1) MANAGER (ACCOUNTS) - Mrs. Radha D. Naik

  • The Head of the office and shall exercise all such powers and duties of Head of the office.
  • Shall control over the Accounts matters. Shall look after Budget, statutory audit, Internal Audit, banking & Finance, Finalization of accounts, Group Gratuity, investments, Vat, Govt. Grants, ESI, administration–leave and related matters pertaining to the Corporation.
  • Shall hold the additional charge of General Manager as per order No.GHRSSIDC/Admn/1887 dated 26.06.2014 and look after Administrative matters, Board matters, and related subjects.
  • Any Other work entrusted by the Superiors.

2) MANAGER (MARKETING)- Mr. John Sebastian

  • Shall be overall In charge of Marketing Section and look after Handicraft marketing promotion, Exhibition Schemes, Tours, Clay Idols Scheme, Co-ordination with D.C. (Handicrafts),Central Store, Emporia, RCC Pipes, Matters related to Preferential Purchase and Rate Contracts. Etc.
  • Any Other work entrusted by the Superiors.

3) DY. MANAGER (ACCOUNTS):-Mr. Manohar Angadi

  • Shall look after TDS of Salaries and issue of Form 16 A and filing of Returns.
  • Preparation of Budget estimates, Supplementary Budget, Assist in finalization of Accounts.
  • Matters regarding Grant-in-Aid of various schemes.
  • Liaison with the Internal Auditors to attend Internal Audit, Government Audit, Statutory Audit, and Company Secretary matters.
  • Matters regarding Sundry Creditors of Marketing Steel and Reconciliation.
  • Process for payment of marketing suppliers bills and control over recovery of payments.
  • Matters of Goa Handicrafts, Rural Artisans Welfare Trust.
  • Any Other work entrusted by the Superiors.

4) DY. MANAGER (ACCOUNTS),Mr. Pradip Pai Fondekar.

  • Shall look after the work of Reconciliation of Banks.
  • Maintenance of ledger of Sundry Debtors / Creditors, Coal and Steel, Collection and issue of “C” Form, E-1 Form from SECL and Sundry Debtors Coal.
  • Kiosk Account and interest calculation, VAT assessment, Quarterly Returns and monthly payment.
  • Attend to Internal Audit, Statutory Audit and Government Audit, etc.
  • Signing of marketing bills.
  • TDS of Suppliers and Contractors, Filing of Returns, under Service Tax, VAT etc.
  • Any Other work entrusted by the Superiors.

5) DY. MANAGER (MKT/RM)- Mr. John Sebastian

  • Shall look after all matters pertaining to Goa Youth Rojgar and Deendayal Swayam Rojgar Yojana including recovery under the scheme.
  • PPS Rate Contract and Liaison Recovery of outstanding dues of North Goa.
  • Training to the Artisan and study tour.
  • Any Other work entrusted by the Superiors.

6) DY. MANAGER (MKT/RM)- Mr. Subhash N. Parsekar

  • Matters related to Steel and Coal, put up through Manager (Technical),
  • Matters related to PPS Rate Contract and DITC.
  • Matters related to purchase and supply of other items which are not included in PPS Rate Contract Scheme.
  • Matters related COSSICI and Exhibitions.
  • Any Other work entrusted by the Superiors.

7) DY. MANAGER (MKT/RM)- Mr. Krishna Karapurkar
Shall handle below mentioned Schemes:

  • PPS Rate Contract Scheme.
  • Procurement of handicraft items.
  • Marketing of Products.
  • Ganesh Idol Scheme.
  • Assist Manager (Tech) in Scheme matters.
  • Any Other work entrusted by the Superiors.

8)SUPERVISOR (ACCOUNTS) Mrs. Medha Cuncoliencar

  • Shall function as Cashier and perform related duties of cash & Bank including Reconciliation of Bank of Maharashtra C.C. Account.
  • Preparing of Payment vouchers, General Vouchers etc.
  • Settlement of TA/LTC claims.
  • Maintaining Register of telephone, electricity and water bills etc. and payment of these bills.
  • Any Other work entrusted by the Superiors.

9) SUPERVISOR (ACCOUNTS) Mr. Bhanudas Ugvekar

  • Shall look after the work of Preparation of pay bills. Loan recovery and payment to concerned banks.
  • Matters related to all types of recovery and payment of govt. officers on deputation.
  • Matters related to increment, Bonus, leave etc.
  • Matters related to Recruitment Rules and appointment of staff,DPC and CRs,
  • Matters pertaining to Provident Fund, Group Gratuity, EDLI Scheme etc.
  • Maintenance of leave records, Service matters, Post base Roster and relevant registers as per rules.
  • LAQ matters/Loksabha matters.
  • Any Other work entrusted by the Superiors.

10) SUPERVISOR (ACCOUNTS) Mr. S.N. Ghadi.

  • Process of recovery of Arrears Payment /Outstanding bills under PPS Rate Contract Scheme/Other supplies etc.
  • Dealing with MSME cases.
  • Purchase of Printing & Stationery and other materials equipments etc. for office use.
  • Matters related to sanction of festival, scooter, LTC advances etc.
  • Matters related to Registration of Shops & Establishment Act, Tourist Trade Link and Factories & Boilers etc.
  • Maintenance of vehicles and related matters.
  • Weeding of records as per rules.
  • Any Other work entrusted by the Superiors.

Link Officer – Supervisor (Accounts) – Mr. Bhanudas Ugvekar in case of Administrative matters and
Accountant – Mr. Durgadas Naik in case of Marketing and recovery matters.

11)ACCOUNTANT- Mr. Shanu Nayak

  • Shall look after the work of Supply of Conductor, Personal weigh scale, RCC Pipes, Pavers, Slab, Poles etc.
  • Assist Manager (Technical) in matters related to his subjects.
  • Any Other work entrusted by the Superiors.

12) ACCOUNTANT-Mr. Durgadas Naik

  • Shall look after the work of Sundry Debtors (Marketing), Verification of Marketing sales Bills/ Marketing Outstanding Bills.
  • Processing of Iron & Steel, BPC Sales and Receipts posting etc.
  • Periodical Stock taking of Emporium, MSME cases follow up with DITC etc.
  • Any Other work entrusted by the Superiors.

13)SALESPERSON – Mrs. Rohini Desai

  • Shall look after the work of Purchases and Sales of Handicrafts and process for Payments. Bank Reconciliation of Emporium Banks. Sales verification and Reconciliation of Verna Yard, Sales Verification of Emporia and VAT calculation. Recovery matters of Kiosk. Assist physical verification of emporia stock.
  • Any Other work entrusted by the Superiors.

14) SUPERVISOR (MARKETING)- Mrs. Asha Sawant

  • Shall look after the supply orders of Steel Furniture, Paints, Sodium Hypochlorite, Computer Stationery, PVC Water Tanks, Bio-Fertilizers, Disinfectants, Painting, Supply of Wooden modular furniture etc.
  • Any Other work entrusted by the Superiors.

  • Shall look after issue of orders of Tyre & Tube, Signboard, Coir Mattresses & Pillow cover, Polythene bags, stitching of Uniforms & supply of cloth fabric, House Assemblies, Supply of Batteries, Supply of Chalks, etc.
  • Any Other work entrusted by the Superiors.

  • Shall report to Manager (Marketing), Dy. Manager(MKT/RM) and General typing work.
  • Any Other work entrusted by the Superiors.

18) Mrs. Assuciana Fernandes, Jr. Steno

  • Shall report to Manager (Marketing), Dy. Manager(MKT/RM) and General typing work.
  • Any Other work entrusted by the Superiors.
